What you'll do

• Respond to resident work requests and community maintenance needs
• maintain grounds, amenities, and common areas
• identify safety and upkeep issues
• complete apartment make-readies, repairs, and final checks
• provide emergency support on a rotating on-call schedule
• follow industry safety procedures
• troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and major appliances
• perform apartment turnover work.
