What you'll do
- Supervise direct support professionals and ABA implementers.
- Develop and facilitate training in ABA models.
- Conduct functional assessments and develop behavior/treatment plans.
- Create data collection systems to establish baseline and programmatic efficacy.
- Provide consultative services to families and community agencies.
