What you'll do

• Lead workforce planning, recruitment, employee development, compensation and benefits, payroll, employee relations, compliance, and culture initiatives
• oversee safety, risk management, workers’ compensation, and insurance programs
• eventually oversee accounting, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, audits, cash flow, internal controls, and financial performance analysis.
