What you'll do

• Handle trust and estate litigation matters, including will and trust contests, breach of fiduciary duty, elder abuse, and removal actions
• represent trustees, executors, administrators, and beneficiaries in probate litigation
• collaborate on case strategy, briefing, and trial preparation
• develop client relationships
• contribute to practice group growth.
