What you'll do

• Conduct daily RN appointments and sick-call assessments
• educate patients about conditions, medications, and treatment plans
• coordinate laboratory services and follow up on results
• arrange off-site and specialty appointments
• complete transfer screenings
• assist providers
• coordinate telemedicine
• implement provider orders
• respond to emergencies
• administer and monitor medications
• document care

• assist with release planning.
