What you'll do

• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, schedules, and quality controls
• coordinate with clients, stakeholders, architects, engineers, contractors, subcontractors, estimators, and project teams
• conduct site visits
• manage risks, costs, change orders, and project updates
• ensure compliance with regulations, codes, standards, and company procedures
• oversee close-out, inspections, punch lists, and warranty work.
