The Lead Early Educator works onsite in Charleston, SC, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., for $17–$20 per hour. C.A.R.E. Academy’s mission is to care for, assist, reach, and educate children through creative and effective teaching. The educator supports children’s well-being, development, routine care, and learning while maintaining a safe, organized classroom. The role contributes to children’s growth and preparation as lifelong learners through lesson planning, family communication, and adherence to licensing standards.

What you'll do

• Provide children’s daily care, education, and developmental support
• communicate with parents about children’s development and care
• continue early-childhood education and complete annual DSS training hours
• keep the classroom clean, sanitized, and organized
• plan engaging educational lessons
• follow licensing guidelines and company standards.
