What you'll do

• Collaborate with the Manager and HRO team on client service, service offerings, processes, technology tools, proposals, and related resources
• administer employee benefit programs and enrollment processes
• develop and support performance management processes and documentation
• review and improve onboarding, offboarding, and orientation
• optimize client HRIS systems and workflows
• create and maintain HR documents
• advise clients confidentially and communicate project priorities
• help address client relationship concerns and service scope
• research employment regulations and trends
• participate in professional development and HRO business development activities.
