Program Manager — R&D Process Improvement and AI

What you'll do

• Map PDE, QMS, and related R&D processes
• establish current-state measures for cycle time, effort, handoffs, rework, and pain points
• maintain a prioritized simplification roadmap
• redesign high-priority processes
• align changes with Quality and Regulatory leaders
• clarify ownership and decision rights
• identify and implement practical AI and automation use cases with governance and human review
• lead pilots and measure performance
• develop procedures, job aids, reusable patterns, and training
• report recommendations, progress, risks, and decisions to R&D PMO leadership
• facilitate cross-functional change and transition ownership with a sustaining plan.
