Community Support Associate (CSA)

Job overview

The Community Support Associate (CSA) works onsite in Louisville, KY, with pay of $15–$18 per hour. The full-time schedule is flexible Monday through Friday between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM, with occasional Saturday or Sunday work possible from 9:00 AM–12:00 PM or 5:00 PM–8:00 PM. Wellspring supports adults through behavioral health, housing, and employment services. The role provides individualized, one-on-one skill building in clients’ homes or communities, following treatment plans. It helps clients build daily living, medication-adherence, emotion-regulation, crisis-coping, and interpersonal skills while connecting them with community resources.

What you'll do

• Provide one-on-one skills training, cueing, or supervision in clients’ homes or communities according to individualized treatment plans
• support medication adherence and recognition of symptoms and side effects
• provide non-clinical therapeutic behavioral intervention
• assist with community resources, emotion regulation, crisis coping, and interpersonal skills
• conduct home visits and transport clients.
