What you'll do

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, maintain, and install vehicle components
• inspect assigned transit vehicles and equipment
• service and repair vehicles
• coordinate maintenance schedules and parts
• perform preventive maintenance inspections and repairs
• upgrade or modify coach systems and equipment
• perform road calls and on-the-road repairs as needed
• coach and mentor mechanics
• maintain an organized work area
• monitor parts inventory.
