The CNC Lathe Machinist role is onsite in Sumner, WA. Compensation is $23–$28 per hour. The position is with a leading family-owned aerospace manufacturing and machining company. The machinist sets up and operates CNC lathes, monitors production quality, and coordinates with programming and tooling teams. Accurate machining, inspection, and organized work practices support production goals.

What you'll do

• Set up and operate 2-axis and multi-axis CNC lathes with sub-spindles
• perform basic programming and edits using MasterCAM
• monitor operations and inspect parts with precision measuring tools
• recommend process improvements
• organize tooling and fixturing
• communicate with programming and tooling teams
• maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
