What you'll do

• Oversee day-to-day clinic operations and treat patients
• supervise and mentor clinical and front-desk staff
• monitor clinical and operational performance and report weekly
• build physician and referral relationships
• support community outreach
• monitor performance against budget
• manage staff clinical hours based on patient volume
• oversee clinic compliance, appearance, and maintenance
• evaluate patients, develop and implement plans of care, document home exercise plans, report progress, and plan discharges.
