What you'll do

• Manage marketing projects and timelines across dealerships and brands
• coordinate internal teams, vendors, and centralized marketing support
• facilitate marketing meetings and follow-up
• maintain calendars, budgets, and project records
• support dealership leadership through visits and feedback
• coordinate manufacturer programs, creative approvals, co-op documentation, and vendor deliverables
• produce events
• coordinate photography, video, design, digital assets, and print
• maintain content calendars and brand standards.
