What you'll do
- Troubleshoot customer-reported technical issues
- apply TriCore standards, procedures, and engineering practices
- communicate with customers and internal teams and provide timely updates
- document troubleshooting, findings, changes, and resolutions
- program, configure, test, and implement approved PLC- and HMI-based changes
- prioritize support cases and escalate issues when needed
- follow customer and company safety and site requirements
- take assigned cases through resolution or a documented handoff.
