Field Service Technician I

Job overview

The Field Service Technician I role is onsite in Grain Valley, MO, with work performed in an assigned territory. Pay is $19.00–$20.83 per hour, depending on location and experience. NCR Voyix’s Field Services Team provides first-line service to retail customers. The technician installs, maintains, and repairs customer equipment, including self-checkout systems, to help resolve issues promptly and keep customer operations running. The role includes formal training and work with service operations teams across territories.

What you'll do

• Perform customer installations, maintenance, and service calls
• service electromechanical equipment such as self-checkout systems within an assigned territory
• perform repairs, preventive maintenance, and system overhauls
• organize and triage customer issues
• drive for several hours per day
• work rotating shifts, including weekends and some holidays.
