Preschool Lead Teacher

The Preschool Lead Teacher role is onsite in Dacula, GA. Compensation is $16–$20.80 per hour. The teacher works under the School Director to create a safe, engaging, developmentally appropriate learning environment for children. The role leads classroom operations, plans and delivers curriculum, and supports children’s physical, social, emotional, and developmental needs. It also partners with families and colleagues and follows licensing, safety, and supervision requirements.

• Create an inclusive classroom
• build professional relationships with children and families
• respond to developmental, behavioral, cultural, and learning needs, including implementing IEPs and behavioral support plans as required
• plan and document curriculum
• maintain safe supervision
• document incidents
• follow company policies and licensing requirements
• participate in required training and professional development.
