The Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) role is onsite in Hollywood, FL, and pays $29–$34 per hour. The position may be full-time or part-time; the posting describes Monday–Friday work with some Saturday caregiver sessions. D & M Behavioral Solutions provides ABA therapy to children and families across South Florida. The BCaBA provides direct ABA services and supervises registered behavior technicians under a supervising BCBA, helping treatment plans carry over into everyday settings. The role also includes caregiver training, support with assessments and treatment-plan updates, documentation, and participation in case reviews and quality improvement.

What you'll do

• Provide direct ABA services and supervise RBTs under a supervising BCBA
• model procedures, give performance feedback, and monitor treatment fidelity
• lead caregiver training
• assist with assessments, data analysis, graphing, and treatment-plan updates for BCBA review
• complete ABA Matrix documentation within 24 hours
• participate in case reviews and quality-improvement activities
• follow the BACB Ethics Code, HIPAA, and company policies.
