What you'll do

• Partner with the General Manager on daily hotel operations
• support Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Engineering
• monitor service, staffing, maintenance, and operational concerns
• uphold brand and operating standards
• review guest feedback and resolve concerns
• coach and develop staff
• support recruitment, scheduling, payroll, budgeting, forecasting, and revenue initiatives
• conduct property inspections
• serve as Manager on Duty as required.
