What you'll do

• Represent developers, private equity firms, and institutional investors in high-value commercial and residential transactions.
• Negotiate and draft purchase and sale agreements.
• Structure and manage real estate financings.
• Handle complex commercial leasing matters.
• Prepare and review AIA construction contracts.
• Conduct title and survey reviews.
