What you'll do

• Monitor equipment for malfunctions
• troubleshoot industrial electrical controls
• diagnose and repair machinery
• install, repair, or replace electrical devices
• maintain pipe, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• program and troubleshoot automated machinery and PLCs
• maintain refrigeration and HVAC equipment, material-handling equipment, electrical panels, boilers, water heaters, and water systems
• perform preventive maintenance and update logs
• report major issues
• maintain building infrastructure
• document and resolve safety and compliance concerns
• assist with project scheduling, parts inventory, and energy-use monitoring.
