Part-Time Human Resources Manager

What you'll do

• Manage employee relations, investigations, conflict resolution, and corrective action across sites
• conduct floor walks, stay interviews, surveys, and site meetings
• maintain a consistent handbook and HR policies
• recruit and onboard production, quality, and office employees using ADP Workforce Now
• support employment-law compliance, I-9/E-Verify, ITAR screening, OSHA recordkeeping, AS9100 training records, and CMMC personnel-security requirements
• administer payroll, benefits, and leave with accounting
• support compensation structures, job descriptions, performance reviews, and retention programs.
