This position supports the Cadence Education team in providing early childhood education services. This role exists to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for young children. The teacher supports daily classroom operations, implements research-based curriculum, and builds positive relationships with families while ensuring safety and licensing compliance.

What you'll do

• Support a positive, inclusive classroom environment
• Greet children and families
• Assist in recognizing and responding to individual developmental needs
• Support Lead Teacher in curriculum implementation
• Follow safety and supervision manuals
• Document and report accidents
• Participate in required meetings and trainings.
