The Floor Lead — Bold Lives Men’s Thrift role is onsite in Rogers, AR. Compensation is $15–$17 per hour, and the position is part-time, 10–25 hours per week, not to exceed 28 hours. Purpose Brands 414 is a faith-based nonprofit whose initiatives aim to meet tangible needs, restore communities, and develop leaders. The floor lead supports daily sales-floor operations and team members while maintaining a welcoming, mission-driven store environment. The role helps customers, manages merchandise and checkout, and provides shift leadership when store management is away.

What you'll do

• Welcome customers and explain the store’s mission, sales, and events
• assist with purchases and product information
• receive donations, stock, and merchandise products
• maintain store cleanliness and safety
• operate checkout and share the Partner of the Month
• open and close the store, balance registers, prepare deposits, and conduct bank runs
• delegate tasks and support team accountability
• serve as point person when store managers are absent.
