What you'll do

• Lead facilities strategy and long-term planning
• direct and mentor facilities engineers, technicians, and contractors
• establish operating standards, preventive maintenance programs, and performance metrics
• oversee HVAC, electrical, power distribution, plumbing, compressed air, lighting, and building security systems
• maintain reliable utilities for production lines and cleanroom environments
• lead infrastructure projects, expansions, installations, and renovations
• review electrical designs and facility modifications
• coordinate with manufacturing engineering and equipment teams
• manage capital planning, budgets, vendors, compliance, safety programs, documentation, energy efficiency, and cost-reduction initiatives
• oversee troubleshooting, upgrades, and installations of power and critical utility systems.
