What you'll do

• Lead hotel operations toward guest satisfaction, revenue, and cost-control goals

• oversee departmental performance and expenses
• develop quarterly operating plans
• maintain brand and service standards
• coach department leaders
• inspect guest rooms, public areas, and grounds
• supervise department leaders and exercise hiring and discipline authority
• assist with transportation needs when applicable.

Why this role
