What you'll do

• Own the accounting cycle, close, reconciliations, consolidation, reporting, AR, and AP across Residential entities
• lead audit coordination, technical accounting, and internal controls
• improve accounting systems and processes
• lead nine accountants and provide direction across a 15-person department
• partner with the CFO and FP&A/Financial Reporting.
