What you'll do

• Lead solutions to financial and operational challenges across the business lifecycle
• manage client relationships, workstreams, deliverables, and negotiations
• assess organizational effectiveness and improvement opportunities
• oversee liquidity management and case administration
• develop executive deliverables and referral networks
• coach junior team members
• lead training, business development, talent acquisition, and firm-building initiatives.
