The Goalkeeper Coach, Boys & Girls Soccer role is onsite in Atherton, CA, supporting Menlo School’s Upper School boys’ and girls’ soccer programs during the winter season. What you'll do

• Plan and deliver goalkeeper training suited to athletes’ experience and needs
• develop technical skills including positioning, footwork, handling, diving, shot stopping, aerial play, and distribution
• teach tactical understanding and decision-making
• provide individualized feedback
• coordinate physical preparation with Sports Performance and Sports Medicine staff
• collaborate with boys’ and girls’ coaching staffs
• integrate goalkeepers into team training
• support evaluation, match preparation, warmups, and competitions when scheduled
• coordinate weekly training and match coverage
• maintain equipment and follow athletics safety policies.
