The RBT implements individualized behavior plans designed by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst to help clients develop communication, social, and daily living skills.

What you'll do

• Provide in-home and community-based ABA services under BCBA supervision.
• Implement therapy programs, teach functional skills, complete progress notes in the data collection system, and collaborate with families to ensure consistent behavior plan implementation.
