What you'll do

• Manage clinic operations, staffing, and workflow
• supervise, train, and evaluate clinical and administrative staff
• ensure compliance with policies, safety protocols, and FQHC-LAL/HRSA regulations
• resolve scheduling and provider availability issues
• oversee supplies, purchasing, and budget
• maintain medical equipment calibration and staff training compliance
• promote UDS and HEDIS quality initiatives
• foster collaboration and cross-training
• travel between WFHC sites as needed.
