What you'll do

• Represent clients in mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic corporate transactions
• draft, review, and negotiate purchase agreements, disclosure schedules, and ancillary documents
• conduct due diligence
• assist with transaction management from structuring through closing
• advise on corporate governance and transaction-related legal issues
• collaborate across practice areas.
