The Sales Manager role is onsite in San Carlos, CA. Base salary is $80,000–$100,000 per year, with performance-based incentive compensation and target total earnings of $100,000–$140,000 or more. Closet Factory designs, manufactures, and installs custom cabinetry and organization systems for Bay Area homeowners. The manager develops the in-home sales team, strengthens sales execution, and drives performance through coaching, accountability, and data-informed development. The role partners with sales leadership and ownership to improve lead conversion, revenue, and the client experience from consultation through installation.

What you'll do

• Lead, coach, motivate, and develop In-Home Sales Designers
• set performance expectations and accountability
• coach consultations, presentations, follow-up, objection handling, negotiation, and closing
• monitor sales and pipeline metrics
• create development plans
• lead meetings and training
• improve lead conversion
• develop referrals and self-generated business
• partner with leadership on sales growth strategies.
