What you'll do

• Administers respiratory care to patients as ordered by the attending physician.
• Conducts diagnostic procedures to evaluate the need for, and response to, therapy.
• Initiates, monitors and maintains mechanically ventilated patients.
• Assist with placement of artificial airways.
• Performs and documents patient assessment.
• Verifies and documents ventilator function and patient status.
• Assist with transportation of ventilator-dependent patients.
• Assistant with deliveries as requested for neonatal resuscitation and/or stabilization.
