What you'll do

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors
• monitor communication systems and dispatch appropriate personnel
• maintain logs of incidents, alarms, requests, and activities
• respond calmly to incidents and escalate as appropriate
• monitor access control, camera, and alarm systems
• conduct regular and random patrols
• report irregularities and security concerns.
