What you'll do

• Develop and execute a multi-year federal growth strategy
• advise executives on market priorities and investment
• establish objectives, budgets, pursuit priorities, and performance targets
• build federal customer and partner relationships
• develop account plans and a qualified pipeline
• lead pipeline and bid/no-bid reviews
• serve as capture lead or executive sponsor for priority pursuits
• oversee proposal strategy and development
• manage partnerships and contract vehicles
• lead and develop business development resources
• establish scalable growth, capture, proposal, and knowledge-management processes.
