• Lead the T&D Construction section in the Southeast Region
• collaborate on business strategy and growth
• support recruitment and retention
• assign and review work

• participate in planning, estimating, scheduling, and cost management
• monitor safety, quality, progress, procurement, environmental compliance, and financials
• communicate with stakeholders and develop mitigation plans
• engage with government, industry, and public entities
• support business development and proposals.
