What you'll do

• Manage and grow automotive OEM and Tier 1 accounts
• develop account growth plans tied to customer programs and launches
• build relationships across engineering, purchasing, quality, operations, and program management
• identify adhesive tape and bonding opportunities
• manage opportunities from concept through testing, validation, specification, and launch
• provide technical recommendations
• coordinate trials, samples, testing, and timelines
• collaborate with engineering, product development, operations, and commercial teams
• maintain CRM records, forecasts, and pipeline reports
• represent the group at customer sites, trade shows, and industry events.
