What you'll do

• Manage daily food production, preparation, and presentation for concessions and special events
• assist with training, mentoring, and supervising team members
• open, operate, supervise, and close concession locations
• monitor quality
• assist with inventory counts and storage management
• maintain food safety, sanitation, and health and safety practices
• record inventory and health information
• address customer complaints and suggestions
• manage supplies during events
• communicate equipment repair needs
• work nights and weekends as required.

Why this role
