Compensation is $17–$20 per year. The Center-Based Behavior Technician role is an onsite position located in East Lansing, MI. , with a pay range of $17 - $20 per hour. This role supports the autism therapy department at Centria Autism, focusing on providing high-quality care to children with special needs. This role exists to implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. The technician uses evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors to help children reach their full potential.

What you'll do

• Implement behavior intervention plans, work one-on-one with children, teach communication and social skills, reduce interfering behaviors, maintain a safe environment, and collaborate with the clinical team.
