Accounts Payable Associate

What you'll do

• Prepare and validate Housing Assistance Payment data files
• coordinate check runs, approvals, and disbursements
• reconcile payment data and resolve discrepancies
• support contract payments, owner setup, and records
• respond to landlord, tenant, and internal inquiries
• facilitate electronic payments
• monitor program financial activity
• prepare HUD Voucher Management System reports and leasing forecasts
• analyze data for compliance and reporting.
