School Psychologist

The School Psychologist role is onsite in Dayton, OH. The listed hourly pay range is $50–$65. Pediatric Developmental Services provides pediatric therapists to public school districts, charter schools, and communities, with a mission to make a difference in children’s lives. The psychologist supports students’ social, emotional, and behavioral needs through counseling, collaboration, and participation in school support and individualized education planning. The work helps coordinate appropriate services with students, families, and school staff.

What you'll do

• Provide counseling to students and parents
• participate in a multi-tiered system of support for social, emotional, and behavioral needs
• take part in interdisciplinary meetings to evaluate and discuss diagnosis and treatment
• participate in initial and annual IEP development as appropriate
• collaborate with and coach families and staff
• maintain required records and documentation
• develop schedules to meet required meetings and services.

Why this role

Master’s degree in Psychology and an obtained or eligible School Psychologist endorsement are required. Pediatric mental health experience or specialized training is preferred.
