What you'll do

• Oversee CDBG-DR project field operations, manpower scheduling, tools and materials, permits, and regulatory compliance
• inspect homes and document scopes and completed repairs with photographs, notes, and checklists
• coordinate subcontractors and resolve project issues
• monitor schedule, budget, quality, production, and milestones
• enforce safe work practices
• communicate with homeowners, subcontractors, and program administrators
• manage project risks and funding compliance.
