What you'll do

• Process and verify invoices through three-way matching
• process weekly supplier payments
• investigate invoice and purchase-order discrepancies
• obtain invoice approvals
• communicate with vendors about payment status and reconciliations
• review employee expense reports and calculate recoverable taxes
• reconcile accounts payable sub-ledger accounts
• support month-end close
• record disbursements in the ERP system
• archive and retrieve invoices
• assist with accounting projects and inquiries.
