The Resident Advisor (RA) role is onsite in Washington, DC, with required on-campus housing. The schedule is Sunday 6:00 p.m.–midnight and Monday–Thursday 3:00 p.m.–midnight. The SEED Public Charter School provides a college-preparatory boarding environment for high school students. The RA manages a student house and supervises students during assigned Student Life hours, fostering a safe residential setting that supports students’ social development, well-being, and academic achievement.

What you'll do

• Build an inclusive residential community

• mentor students
• address conflicts using restorative practices when appropriate
• communicate with families
