What you'll do

• Monitor program services for alignment with organizational mission and licensing requirements
• develop, maintain, and modify Person Centered Recovery Plans with clients and their teams
• manage, train, develop, and support direct reports
• monitor the work site’s appearance and compliance with licensing and safety standards
• coordinate site maintenance and communication.

Why this role
