What you'll do

• Set up and operate rotary surface grinders
• review drawings, GD&T, work instructions, and inspection requirements
• select grinding wheels and process parameters
• prepare workholding and verify setups
• perform rough and finish grinding
• inspect parts using precision measuring equipment
• adjust processes based on inspection results
• complete production and inspection records
• identify nonconformances and support corrective actions
• maintain equipment and a safe, organized work area.
