Medical Call Center Representative

The Medical Call Center Representative role is an onsite, full-time position in Inglewood, CA, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pay is $21–$25 per hour. Allied Health Solutions Medical Group is an outpatient clinic focused on high-quality, compassionate patient care; this role supports its Call Center / Administrative Support department. The representative manages patient communications and administrative workflows so inquiries, appointments, records, and documents are handled accurately. The role also assists front desk staff and supports clinic operations through timely follow-up and compliant documentation.

What you'll do

• Answer incoming calls and distribute messages
• respond to patient inquiries about prescriptions, referrals, authorizations, and other requests
• schedule appointments
• monitor email and platform messages
• process invoices and medical record requests
• retrieve and log patient forms
• assist with front desk check-ins
• process EDD claims and eScript inquiries
• attend staff meetings or training.
