What you'll do

• Operate multiple grinding machines
• inspect work using a micrometer
• use torque ratchets for wheel changes
• load and move saw bodies
• use handheld magnets and drying racks
• move loaded carts
• deburr arbor holes and copper plugs with a hand grinder
• perform grinding wheel changeovers
• clean grinding material and metal shavings
• manage job changeovers and setups to meet productivity and quality goals.
