Maintenance Supervisor

The Maintenance Supervisor role is onsite in Charlottesville, VA. Pay is $25–$35 per hour. The role supports maintenance operations at a NewCastle Management Group Class-A multifamily property. The supervisor leads the service team and oversees work orders, apartment turnovers, preventive maintenance, and property upkeep. Coordinating repairs, vendors, supplies, and team development helps maintain the community and support timely resident move-ins.

What you'll do

• Oversee apartment work orders and turnovers
• perform and coordinate carpentry, appliance, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs
• maintain communal areas and pools
• coordinate vendors and turnover schedules
• manage inventory and supplies
• document work orders and preventive maintenance
• support recruitment, onboarding, training, and management of maintenance staff
• work with the Property Manager on budgets and operations
• oversee power washing and snow removal
• serve as primary contact for property emergencies.
